Removing the ugly calcium from your tile does not require draining your pool. When we come out to your house, we lower the water in your pool, using our pump, to just below the tile so that all the calcium is exposed. The calcium is then blasted off using state of the art equipment resulting in beautiful looking tile. The fall is a great time to change out your pool water if needed, but not necessary. In this case, we will drain the pool completely for you before cleaning the tile. Calcium can also be effectively removed from pebble tec and accent boulders.
We only use the best blasting material for your tile. Unlike glass bead that can damage your tile, the product we use by far is the safest and is water soluble. There are times when it is necessary to use glass bead such as extreme build up of calcium. If glass bead is used, the remnants would be removed from your pool using our portable vacuum.
